1. About REFFWORK

REFFWORK is a cloud-based AC Inventory Management CRM designed to help AC dealers, HVAC service providers, and related businesses manage inventory, customers, sales, service requests, invoices, and business operations through an online software platform.

2. Eligibility

To use REFFWORK, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans

REFFWORK offers annual subscription plans with different features and usage limits.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period unless canceled or terminated in accordance with these Terms.

5. Payments

All subscription fees are payable in advance.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the selected payment provider to process your payment.

Prices may change in the future; however, changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use REFFWORK for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the platform.
  • Copy, resell, or distribute the software without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, logos, trademarks, graphics, and materials available on REFFWORK are the property of REFFWORK or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you upload to the platform.

REFFWORK is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorized data entered by users.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruptions, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REFFWORK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Misuse or abuse the platform.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Third-Party Services

REFFWORK may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, or communication tools.

We are not responsible for the services, content, or policies of third-party providers.

13. Privacy

Your use of REFFWORK is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
