At REFFWORK, we are committed to providing a reliable and high-quality AC Inventory Management CRM for businesses. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Annual Subscription

REFFWORK is offered as an annual subscription service. By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to our cloud-based software and its features for the selected subscription period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a billing error.
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation due to a system error.
  • We are unable to provide access to the purchased subscription because of a verified technical issue on our side that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the software.
  • Lack of required internet access or compatible devices.
  • User configuration or setup issues.
  • Requests made after significant use of the platform.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions resulting in account suspension or termination.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, process a refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
